Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Propulator. Written to be read. Last updated October 23, 2026.

Draft. This is written for review before launch. The postal address and governing law are set before it goes live.

The Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Propulator when you use this website, the Propulator web app or the mobile apps. Propulator is run by Mohamed Talaat, an independent developer. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you use Propulator for a company, you accept them for that company.

Accounts and Teams

You need to be 18 or older and give a real email address. Keep your password to yourself. The person who creates a team is its owner and decides who joins and what role they have. The owner is responsible for what the team does in Propulator.

Plans, Billing and Credits

  • The Free plan costs nothing. Starter and Pro are billed monthly in advance through Whop, and renew each month until cancelled.
  • Starter includes 750 skip trace credits a month and Pro includes 2,000. A credit is used only when a skip trace returns a match. When there is no match, the credit is returned automatically.
  • Plan credits reset to your plan's amount at the start of each billing month and don't roll over. Credit packs are sold only on paid plans and last 12 months from purchase. When a paid plan ends, its plan credits end with it. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
  • Free includes 1 user, Starter up to 3 and Pro up to 10, counting pending invites. Each plan includes a set number of deal analyses with market data each month (Free 3, Starter 50, Pro 200).
  • You can cancel any time in Settings. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then your team moves to the Free plan with its data intact.
  • We may change prices. We'll email account owners at least 30 days before a change affects them.

Acceptable Use

You must follow the law when you use Propulator, and in particular:

  • Calling and texting. You are responsible for following the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, state Do Not Call lists and calling rules, for keeping your own do-not-contact list, and for getting any consent you need. Do Not Call and litigator flags come from our data provider. They help, but they are not legal advice and may be incomplete or out of date.
  • Skip trace data. Use skip trace results only to contact an owner about buying, selling or managing their property. They are not consumer reports. Never use them, alone or with other data, to decide on credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance or anything else covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Don't resell them or share them outside your team, and stop contacting an owner who asks you to.
  • Wholesaling laws. Some states regulate wholesaling, assignments and marketing contracts you don't yet own. Following the rules where you work is up to you.
  • People. Don't use Propulator to harass, deceive or pressure anyone, or to upload anything unlawful.
  • The service. Don't try to break into it, overload it, scrape it or resell it.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why.

Property Records

Owner lookups come from public records and skip trace results come from a data provider. Both can be out of date or wrong. We show them as we receive them and don't guarantee they're accurate or complete. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Templates and E-Signatures

The contract templates in Propulator are samples, not legal advice. Have an attorney who practises where the property is review any contract before you use it.

E-signatures made in Propulator record the signer's consent, IP address, device and time, and the signed PDF carries an audit trail. Whether a given contract is valid and enforceable depends on its terms and on the law where it's signed. That is between you and the other party.

Your Content

Your team owns the data it puts into Propulator. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to put it there. You can export or delete it at any time by writing to support.

The Service

We work to keep Propulator available and your data safe, and we back it up every night. We may change or improve features. If we ever remove something important or shut Propulator down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data.

Ending the Agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if an account seriously breaks these terms. After an account is closed we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Propulator is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost deals or fines from calls or texts you made, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Propulator after that, the new terms apply.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of set before launch, and the courts of set before launch have jurisdiction.
