How Can We Help?
Getting Started
A CRM built for real estate wholesalers. Paste a listing link or type an address to find the owner, run the numbers, skip trace their phone, move the deal across a pipeline board and send the contract for e-signature. One app instead of four.
No. The Free plan includes the CRM, pipeline, owner lookup, contracts with e-signature and 3 deal analyses a month with market data. You pay when you want skip traces, more users or more analyses.
Solo wholesalers and small acquisition teams who find deals, call owners and assign contracts. If you mostly need lead lists, a dialer or direct mail, a list tool may suit you better. The comparisons are honest about that.
About two minutes. Create an account, name your team, and paste your first listing link. Pipeline stages come set up and you can rename them any time.
Owner Lookup
Paste a link from a listing site and we read the address from it, or type any US address.
Every US address resolves. Owner name, mailing address, assessed value and last sale come straight from county records in Maricopa County (Phoenix), Harris County (Houston), Franklin County (Columbus), Cook County (Chicago), Philadelphia and Detroit, and more counties are being added. Anywhere else, a skip trace on Starter or Pro looks up the owner and their contact details.
No. Lookups from public records are free on every plan. Credits are only used for skip traces.
The owner's mailing address is different from the property address, so they likely don't live there. Absentee owners are often more open to selling.
Skip Tracing and Credits
One skip trace that returns a match. If nothing comes back, the credit is refunded automatically, and you can see every charge and refund in Settings.
The owner's phone numbers with their type (mobile or landline), email addresses and mailing address. Everything is saved to the owner's contact card.
DNC means our data provider lists the number on the National Do Not Call Registry. Litigator means the provider ties the number to someone known for filing TCPA lawsuits. Flagged numbers are marked before anyone dials, but the flags can be incomplete and don't cover state lists or your own do-not-contact list. Following calling and texting laws is your responsibility.
Plan credits reset to your plan's amount each billing month and don't roll over. Credits from a 100-credit pack last 12 months from purchase. A skip trace uses the credits that expire soonest first.
Yes, on Starter or Pro. 100 extra skip traces cost $19, one time, with no change to your plan, and they last 12 months.
Pipeline and Team
Yes. Add, rename and reorder stages in Settings, and mark which stage means won and which means lost.
Yes. Invite acquisition reps, dispositions and VAs as owners, admins or members. Everyone works from the same contacts, deals and credits. Free has 1 user, Starter up to 3 and Pro up to 10.
Free includes 1 user, Starter up to 3 and Pro up to 10, with no extra charge per user. Pending invites count toward the limit.
Yes. Contacts can be sellers, buyers or agents, so your cash buyers live next to the deals you assign to them.
Contracts and E-Sign
The built-in purchase and assignment templates are samples. Have a local attorney review them, or paste in your own, before you use them with a seller.
Each signature records the signer's consent, IP address, device and time, and the signed PDF includes a full audit trail. Whether a particular contract is enforceable depends on your state and the contract itself.
No. They open a private signing link on any phone or computer, draw or type their signature, and they're done.
No. Send as many contracts as you like on any plan.
Billing
Plans are monthly and billed through Whop. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings.
You keep your plan until the end of the billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your contacts, deals and documents stay where they are. Plan credits end with the plan; credits from packs stay until they expire.
Checkout runs on Whop, which takes major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card number.
Data and Privacy
No. Skip trace data is only for contacting owners about their property. It isn't a consumer report and can't be used to decide on credit, insurance, housing, employment or anything else covered by the FCRA.
Only people on your team. Every team's data is kept apart at the database level, so one team can never read another's.
Yes. Write to support@propulator.com from your account email and we'll send an export or delete your team's data. See the privacy policy.
Apps and Languages
It's coming soon for iPhone and Android, with the same deals, contacts, tasks and skip traces as the web app, plus driving for dollars. Until then, the web app works in your phone's browser.
English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Turkish, Chinese, Italian, Polish, Dutch and Korean. Everyone on your team picks their own.
The CRM, pipeline and contracts work anywhere. Owner lookup and skip tracing cover US properties.
