Privacy Policy

What Propulator collects, why, who helps us run it, and what you can ask us to do. Last updated October 23, 2026.

Draft. This is written for review before launch. The postal address and governing law are set before it goes live.

Who We Are

Propulator is software for real estate wholesalers. It is run by Mohamed Talaat, an independent developer, under the name Propulator. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Propulator.

This policy covers this website, the Propulator web app and the Propulator apps for iPhone and Android. Postal address for legal notices: set before launch.

What We Collect

Your account. Your name, email address and password (handled by Google Firebase, we never see the password itself), the team you belong to and your role on it.

What your team puts in. Contacts, properties, deals, tasks, notes, call logs, document templates and documents. Your team decides what goes in and owns it. For personal data about people your team works with, such as sellers and buyers, your team is the controller and we process it on your team's behalf.

Property and owner records. When you paste a listing link we read only the address from the link itself; we don't load the listing page. We then fetch public records about the property, such as the owner's name, mailing address, assessed value and last sale.

Billing. Your plan, its status and your credit balance. Payments go through Whop, so we never see or store card numbers.

Deal analyses. When you analyze a deal, we send the property address to RentCast for value, rent and listing estimates, and the county to HUD for Fair Market Rent figures. The results are saved with your team's analysis.

Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type when you sign in or use the app, kept in server logs to keep the service secure and working.

How We Use It

  • To run the service you signed up for: sign you in, store your team's data, look up properties, analyze deals, run skip traces and send documents for signature.
  • To bill your plan and keep an accurate credit ledger.
  • To reply when you contact us and to tell you about changes that affect your account.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We don't sell personal data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your team's data to train anything.

Skip Trace Data

When you skip trace a property, we send the property address and owner name to our skip tracing provider, BatchData, and store the phone numbers, email addresses and mailing address it returns on your team's contact record, with Do Not Call and litigator flags.

Propulator is not a consumer reporting agency, and skip trace results are not consumer reports. They may only be used to contact an owner about their property. They may never be used to decide on credit, insurance, housing, employment or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. See acceptable use.

If you are a property owner and want to know what we hold about you, or want it removed, write to support@propulator.com.

Signing Records

When someone signs a document through Propulator, we record their name, email if given, the signature they drew or typed, their consent to sign electronically, their IP address, browser and device, and the time of each step. This audit trail is attached to the signed PDF so the signature can be checked later. It is kept with the document for as long as the team keeps it.

Who Helps Us

These companies process data for us, only to provide their part of the service:

ProviderWhat for
Google FirebaseSign in, the app's database and file storage, and hosting the app, in the United States
CloudflareHosting and protecting this website
WhopSubscriptions, checkout and payments
BatchDataSkip tracing, and Do Not Call and litigator flags
RentCastProperty value, rent and listing estimates for deal analyses
US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)Fair Market Rent figures from its public API, for Section 8 estimates

Apple, GoogleDelivering the iPhone and Android apps

How Long We Keep It

We keep your team's data while your account is open. If your team deletes its account, we delete its data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer, such as billing records. Database backups roll over and are gone within 14 days after that.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to export it or to delete it. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act give you further rights, including to object to how we use your data and to complain to a regulator. Write from your account email to support@propulator.com and we'll answer within 30 days.

Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Each team's data is kept apart inside the database itself, so one team can never read another's. Access to the servers is limited to the person who runs Propulator. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your data we'll tell you without delay.

Cookies

This website stores your language choice in a cookie. The app uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Propulator is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account owners before it takes effect and update the date at the top.
